Classes for Ike at Blandford Nature Center

Ike is taking classes for homeschoolers at he Blandford Nature Center and he LOVES them. The latest class was about geology and rocks. Guess what i have been hearing about ever since. :)

Here is his class out in the field for a little hands on learning. Ian really Really REALLY wanted to be part of the class (he's too young for their program). when he seen ike he started yelling IKE-STER IKE-STER !!! and running toward them. mama had to move her butt to catch him. so while ike was in his class ian and i explored a small part of the nature center.

and a bob cat.

Blandford is also a wild life rescue place. There were a couple different kinds of hawks and a couple turkey vultures.

While Ike was in his class, Ian, Asher and I went exploring. Ian found a couple stumps where woodpeckers had been looking for food.
